Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at paulhairby@gmail.com. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Returns and Exchanges
As all of our products are custom-made, we only accept returns or offer exchanges if there has been an error on our part.

If your order is incorrect due to our mistake, we will gladly offer either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement with the correct product

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at paulhairby@gmail.com. If your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return your item.

Please note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at paulhairby@gmail.com.

United Kingdom 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, in accordance with UK consumer law.
